之前一个学员说过这么一个不雅点，“发SCI是学术培植最大的助力。”意义有二：

在学术界，SCI依然成为高阶的代名词。著述能够被SCI收录否则而博士毕业，副高正高晋级的硬宗旨，亦然各大病院扶持的要点；
